Facile Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles Using Green Tea Leaf Extract and Evolution of Antibacterial Activity

The scientific society is exploiting the use of nanoparticles in nano-medicine and biomedical applications. In field biomaterial bio-nanotechnology, silver (AgNPs) are playing an important role due to their potential physical, chemical, biological properties ranging activities from antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, anticancer treatment. Green synthesis technology one most cost-effective, eco-friendly, biologically safe methods. tea leaf extract can reduce AgNPs enhance antibacterial activity. this work, we demonstrate activity effect employing green with extract. UV–Vis FTIR results showed, confirming formation presence chemical groups enhancing AgNPs. synthesized were crystalline a quasi-spherical shape diameter 30 150 nm. three different concentrations showed that 120 mg/ml sample possesses higher (significantly high killing ability) against E. coli than chemically produced These confirm more significant biogenic low cytotoxicity chemically. findings be used treat chronic infections, diseases, other
